Let me get this.

So the Clock is based on lining up PAST events on a circle (based on a calendar), so you can draw a straight line across the circle to see what event(in the past) happened relative to a current event. Which is either Synchronicity or planning.

Planning all of these synchronicites would be a really idiotic waste of time for the PTB. I think You cannot plan synchronicities. That negates the definition of Synchronicity. To me the clock just helps remind me of things, crumbs, from the past. It doesn't mean anything beyond that.
