Stupid kid, flashing his headlights. Flashing headlights at cars is illegal, no matter if the oncoming car has their lights on bright or not. It's some stupid shit we learned from our parents or from other drivers, but it is illegal.
Stupid kid didn't want to cooperate with a very courteous cop, imo.
The Stupid kid watched some stupid YouTube vids of people asking cops if they are being detained and not offering up requested documents when asked.
Then Stupid kid seemed to act strange, I don't know if he was just that nervous, drunk, or on drugs…but he definitely wasn't acting "normal".
This Stupid Kid did a lot of Stupid Things, and when he decided to assault the officer, he got shot.
