My take - Mueller is not working with POTUS. He was installed to protect deep state misdeeds by not allowing real investigation due to his fake investigation. His main job is to protect corrupt fbi, politicos, etc from a real investigation. Great idea until he finally needs to report out (with a nothing burger). A side benefit of his fake investigation was to get trump to perjure himself
Trump outsmarted him.
