That's the filename it had when I pulled it off of an image search.
Imagine people form different cultures around the world throughout time discovering "magic" mushrooms, ergot, ayahuasca, or modified adrenaline (adrenochrome) and encountering the same entity (or hallucinating the same thing do to how the human brain works), this guy :
They would associate it with bulls, stags, horned owls, and maybe ever rabbits. And they would develop cults to worships it. Now imagine if it's actually real and demanded to be "feed" through sacrifices. Or imagine if they way to contact this entity was via glandular secretions from tortured and sacrificed humans. The resulting cult would closely resemble what we are all trying to research.
