So, let men do the heavy lifting of cleaning up this mess and hope they think they're going back to a traditional society, then in 20 years vote that out and female power! again.

Nah, as a man, I'd just let it slide then. Either accept the traditional protection of men and help them vigorously and share in the risk of cleaning the country. Or let it all slide down, it's easier for the men to move out and leave women with the problems they caused. Seeya.

Men aren't so dumb any more, now we can talk to each other too and the "chivalry" instinct is all gone.

They think she's Obama. She's barely 1/2020th of Obama.

Obama pretty much never made verbal blunders, unless he thought he was in private and was recorded, and hardly even then. He was smoooth. He went straight into the US Senate, had a Harvard law degree, etc.

O-C has already doomed any big future plans with her verbal gaffes of the past couple weeks. They will never go away.

I thought the doubt was about whether he ever attended Columbia University after supposedly transferring from Occidental College.

(Little known fact: Oxy students can take classes at Caltech and there's a shuttle between the campuses, so maybe some high level grooming was going on at Caltech.)

At Harvard Law, he was President of the Law Review. Not Editor, an actual position, but the made-up position of President. But I hadn't heard that his attendance there was in doubt. Some money man stepped in to pay the tuition there though.

Right, he was groomed from a very young age. It's actually quite certain that he never attended Columbia but he seems to have been in the Soviet Union for some of the time.

AOC is nothing special, just an ambitious girl who lucked into a district that was gerrymandered in her favor, and worked her little heart out to take advantage of her main chance. Ambitious, aggressive, maybe useful to some power players, but I don't even see a long career for her. Why shouldn't the Dems primary her, play back her STUPID comments to her constituents, and get Crowley back in that seat?

I don't think he's into this tradition of hosting winning sports teams at the WH. He'd be happy if they all declined. I'd be fine with that too.

That can be made fun of. He did do that. But the reason he did it was he was being careful not to say the wrong thing.

He said bad things, but they were intentional, evil things. Not accidents, not uncalculated.

What were the Dems really doing in PR, besides watching a second rate performance of Hamilton?

Puerto Rico is in an interesting situation. They defied creditors and gave Christmas bonuses to government employees. The debts aren't getting resolved, they are increasing, and Trump has said that the money can't come in until the debts are resolved.

He's not going to throw good money into business-as-usual in PR. But the Dems are trying to shame him into spending there.

I think Trump wants to leave the place alone to make it face its problems. And that's exactly what the Dems don't want.

I don't know what actually happened there, but I suspect it's somehow related to that situation.

I would assume the House would do its usual thing and remain in "pro-forma session" having a perfunctory meeting, gavel-in, gavel-out every few days.

So no actual adjournment. Is that not the plan?
