Remember how Puerto Rico was directly targeted and destroyed by the hurricanes, and then the power companies were rubbing salt in the wounds, leaving the population in darkness and filth on purpose. Every one of the money interests was colluding to make P.R. into an uninhabitable hellhole.
Why on earth would anyone vacation there?
