It seems like the video catches just after the peak of the path. Unless they have fancy crowd control tear gas cannons that slow down and trigger before they get to the crowd it seems impossible.
If they actually have canisters that deploy and slow down so they don't kill anyone like you're saying and they can shoot them from fucking helicopters blocks away, that's goddamn incredible. And i want to see it.
Ok this has to exist already. It should. If the slowing down to safe speed and activating gas canisters aren't a thing, they need to be. Imagine peppering a whole long street with 12 shots to disperse a crowd and clear half a mile of street from the top of a humvee. Milfags have to have this. That's fucking sweet.
