It's been an eternity since I woke with the morning clarity that solved a piece of this puzzle, but here goes:
I think I got Y heads.
It has to do with baphomet being double sexed.

Swyer syndrome. XY but female reproductive structers.
Klinefelters syndrome. XXY
All of those we've been labeling transvestites (Schumer's wife. Judy Faulkner) aren't transvestites in the true sense. They are XY females.
Swyer is genetic - familial. I wouldn't be surprised if it, the coloboma, is heightened in appearance through incest.
Have some more to research on it, but my bet is SOROS is also XY female, but stayed as male. Apparently they don't develop breasts unless they are given hormone treatments at puberty. (And Soros has a coloboma in his right eye.)
Would explain the push towards androgyny. Easier to lead with these oddball people being billionaires (Gates - Klinefelters anyone?) if everyone is trying to be like them.
Either it's a specific feature of the leading bloodline, or it's a specific feature of their inbreading, or maybe both.
Maybe that's another reason why they want the genetic databases? Identify moar special people to groom/sacrifice. Surely it has to do with the way (((they))) worship to ensure (in their minds) their success.
