This shut down, however is going to effect the elderly, those with mental illness and disabilities in a very negative way. The government HUD housing-without the monies from thegovernment to pay the bills that keep the apartment buildings maintained, utilities paid, snow removal, ect. they won't be able to stay in "business", therefore sending out eviction notices. This is happening all over Oklahoma and Arkansas-so it's going to happen everywhere. It's estimated that these people will be displaced and/or homeless by mid-February…..all for a wall??
