Citi, JPM, Wells all reporting bad numbers this quarter. Are the TBTF banks circling the bailout trough? Guess we'll get to see if Munchkin supports Main Street or Wall Street.

The problem is they control too much of the liquidity in the system. Without that liquidity many SMBs will fail. Mixing commercial investment activities (ie selling their own paper) with retail banking is a toxic mix. They have the FDIC by the short ones.
