Teacher charged with kidnapping student after racy messages found

A high school teacher in Nevada was arrested Monday on kidnapping charges after “inappropriate messages” between her and a student were found, police said.

Breanna K. Hernandez, a 27-year-old teacher at Basic Academy of International Studies in Henderson, is facing two counts each of first-degree kidnapping, lewdness with a minor and luring a minor, Clark County School District police announced.
