No, unless they extend Article 50 to "keep the pretense of negotiations." Otherwise, they leave on March 29, 2019 with no deal (meaning they will trade on WTO rules).

A 2nd referendum is anti-democratic. I listen to his LBC show during the week and many remain voters have said the following: "I voted remain, but we lost, let's get on with it." Additionally, Brussel's bully behavior during the negotiations has put a lot of Brits off.

 

IMO, if they force a 2nd vote (as they have done in other countries), they only way the cabal wins is if they rig the election.
