Red flags that I have noticed so far:

• Office in Shanghai China

• Worked with Google on data intelligence and machine learning.

• Worked with the UN on a humanitarian emergency website and election systems.

I haven't found a direct connection to any shady activities, only shady organizations. I am putting this out there in case it Sparks a thought in someone else's mind but may be nothing.
