I believe this is an attack. For some reason, exposing Sandy Hook lights a major fuse with these assholes. Even Alex Jones won't touch it with a ten-foot pole. It does not matter how successful the lawsuit is or is not. The victory is getting evidence and testimony in a court of law so that the perps will be accountable for the deceptions they commit in before a judge on record. The issue brought into court will inevitably lead to discovery, subpoenas, arrests, etc. Halbig opened that Pandora's box in the face of massive resistance, and now that he got it into the system the Box can never be closed. That is why Sandy Hook is such a massive trigger for them. They will do anything to prevent the truth of it coming out.

Speech has to cause imminent threat of physical harm. It would be hard to prove that the hoax did so. Sedition and treason are punishable by death - the speech/expression would be used as evidence of such crimes.
