Just to share for non twatter flags. This district major drops in crime numbers results in extra government funding. Accomplished by ignoring or not processing criminal behavior of young people. Especially near end of month and quarters, more stuff ignored. Exploited by gangs and other criminals.

Since you have set the precedent for posts that are way too long here goes my two bits worth. I don't want to dox myself but this is my retired old fag observation.
Concerns about shooter were not dealt with because he was an asset.
If he was 19 he was not a student in that part of the school (freshman wing).
If he was a disgruntled ex student then standard practice (such as locked outside entry doors) would have prevented him entering during what would appear to be mid school day. Schools have controlled outside access for many years for good reason.
There was a "drill" earlier that day. That is SOP for these types of events. There are cameras everywhere but not footage released.
I do not believe that Q would allow innocents to be murdered or harmed so it is either a hoax (with faked victims) or a black hat op.
