Yesterday I analyzed the data in a document called "History of School Shootings in the United States." I spent the better part of my day putting it into a database and studying it.

I discovered some interesting things. The main one is that 1960 looks like a dividing line in the history of school shootings in our country:

  • Prior to 1960, 5% of shootings involved 5 or more deaths. After 1960 the number jumps to 15%, a dramatic increase in mass murders.

  • Prior to 1960, children commit 45% of the shootings. After 1960, children commit 66%. The ratio of adult-to-child shooters flipped upside down, with child shooters becoming more common.

Thus, the nature of school shootings changed after 1960. Mass murders and child shooters became more common both at the same time.

More proof is needed, but these numbers support the hypothesis that MK-ULTRA techniques were deployed for public implementation, causing sudden effects in the 1960s.
