Of course it will. Mueller has nothing but will write a bunch of crap about POTUS, essentially the special counsel equivalent of shitposting. Barr (and probably Whitaker) will prepare a summary of findings that eliminates the b.s. and release that, keeping the Mueller report confidential. So it will be leaked to get the garbage out in the public eye.
