VYST was up 75.36% today. Today the company announced a 250,000,000 million share buyback, More than half of the outstanding shares available. The insiders hold over 75% of the OS. VYST is trading at .012 cents. Rotman's Furniture is merging into VYST, Rotmans does 35 million a year in revenue.
