Re: Continual Stock Advice on VYST- VYSTAR
THIS IS IMPORTANT TO THE LIFE OF QRESEARCH!
The company's claim to fame is the development of a non-allergenic latex. This latex is currently bring used exclusively in CONDOMS. [dick jokes welcomed]
On 9/11/18 this was news: Jacksonville movie producer indicted for $5 million Vystar fraud scheme
Movie producer, Fraud, Vystar. Just so happens this article was posted at 11:11 am on 9/11.
It is worse than a penny stock, still trading at less than a penny. One reason is that the company posts little revenues (<$3K) and has negative net income. Not what successful investors look to for havens for their money. Additionally, at such a low price, the numbers and charts are easily manipulated for little investment.
An Anon has been pimping this stock HARD for days. ADVISING others follow him to profit.
Herein lies the problem: The SEC has very strict guidelines of what qualifies as financial advise and how that can be legally done. ALL financial advisers MUST be licensed and follow the guidelines per The Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
If Qresearch posts ANY financial advice, it flirts with these SEC rules. 8Chan/Qresearch is NOT a licensed broker. It's been said that the general disclaimer "Notables are not endorsements" is sufficient to shield Qresearch from any such claim. Is it worth rolling those dice to find out? It's the SEC- 8Chan will not win.
This marketfags advice HAS been put in to Notables- most without any nominations. Is marketfag a Baker? Is that how this info is getting in?
This is problematic. Is this Baker/marketfag attempting to 'set-up' Qresearch for a fall? By violating SEC rules and the Act? Is this Krassenstein's promise to take down Qresearch? Is this their plan? This Anon believes so.
If you want to save Qresearch, the dissemination of financial advice MUST BE QUELLED.
Ask yourself why this marketfag is relatively new to Qresearch and why this all-out pimping of this stock is occurring. Also ask yourself why shills have attacked this warning with such veracity over the last several days. The answer is clear and right in front of you!
It's one thing for Anons to talk amongst themselves but when it's put in to Notables, that becomes dissemination of financial advice and crosses the SEC line.
Boot marketfag, his condoms and Krassensteins to the curb
The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act" or "Act") governs the way in which the nation's securities markets and its brokers and dealers operate. We have prepared this guide to summarize some of the significant provisions of the Act and its rules. You will find information about whether you need to register as a broker-dealer and how you can register, as well as the standards of conduct and the financial responsibility rules that broker-dealers must follow.

(Attempt to warn Anons of this 'set-up' for take-down. It's real)
