They aren't "indictments" anon. They're sealed Cases, filed in federal court,
They are FEDERAL.
We don't know anything else about them, except when they're unsealed. Of the ones we have been tracking, some 1500 plus have, once unsealed, proven to be Warrants.
My honest opinion (not a lawfag but just spent 15 hours trying my best to understand):
Horrible thing to look at to see what's going on.
The number MAY be unprecedented, but we don't know unless we take the time to compile the same data for all districts for another year, like say OCT 30 2016-OCT 30 2017.
But one situation, say the investigation of Clinton Foundation for RICO, could return MANY indictments, many warrants for many people, and have a bunch of random administration-related cases with it that would be glossed over looking at sealed cases because they'd be in miscellaneous or other rather than the Criminal case type that's within the global "criminal" search. It gets complicated…
Anyway, don't need 60k indictments to watch the Deep State go down.
Another example….one of the pages in the notebook (or more) has Mossack Fonseca smack in the middle of a diagram. That case was unsealed months ago. Can't tell me they're prosecuting them for money laundering and nothing MASSIVE is going on.
