On January 23, 2018, Dana Boente was appointed as General Counsel of the FBI. Such an important appointment would have required the blessing, at the very least, of POTUS Trump himself. In the context of events during 2017, it seems impossible to interpret Boente’s appointment as anything else than a just reward, for services rendered.
In conclusion, Dana Boente appears to have played an important role in driving out the corruption in Obama’s FBI and DOJ, as well as exposing criminality. HIs role is often overlooked.
Time will tell, but in my opinion, history will be very kind to Dana Boente, ‘the quiet patriot’.
