So if everyone in congress thinks it's off the table … how does this square with Q's U1 references and it's bearing on the Plan?
I believe Leahy feels confirmed in his assessment of U1with respect to the DOJ approach and Huber too? So the DOJ also mislead him or is Leahy misleading the public and just throwing it out there like it's a done deal?

Figure's if they are going to prosecute this in a tribrunal setting it would be considered national security stuff and would have to be heard behind closed doors.
