A lot of it is going to be internal to a masonic order. They could have their own meanings that go contrary to history or what is "public" about the meaning of the symbols.
There are many elements to that emblem I am not very familiar with - the branch at the bottom appears to be an olive branch, but I need to double check. The angle at the bottom is more important than it appears - what is forming/adorning it is deliberate.
The pyramid is more of a delta in this configuration, placed between day and night. "From dark to light, as above so below." This implies both change and advancement. Assuming this is masonic, that typically reflects the idea of Prometheus that mankind should not be lorded over by the gods. Mankind would one day join the gods and assume the mantle.
The eye as depicted is the right eye if looking at another person - the right eye is the sun within egyptian mythos and probably others in the region - though egypt has a bit more solid documentation. It is the left eye if looking into a mirror - being the moon. There's probably a deeper symbolic meaning to it from that idea, but I don't have any specific examples one way or another.
The Compass and Angle, together, were used for building, as well as charting the stars. The stars were used for navigation by night and for the scheduling of time/events. They are extremely accurate, and aircraft like the SR-71 had an automated star dome that could pinpoint its location using the stars (even during the day) in the times before GPS and in situations where an INS could lose its bearing. The stars and charting of them were how we recognized cycles and planned our civilizations. These represent the goal of humans - to learn and improve. Probably nothing symbolizes our history of knowledge greater than the study of stars.
Placed at the peak of the delta, between day and night, is the pentagram. The earliest pentagrams were derived from the five-petal flower pattern that is traced by the planet we now know as Venus. The pentagram as a star specifically represents "The Morning Star" - Venus, or "The Light Bearer" as it was often called, was one of the brightest objects in the sky on most days, and among the first of the celestial objects to be tracked apart from the moon.
Thus, there is no symbol more sacred to the pursuit of knowledge than that of the pentagram placed as a star.
Which brings us to the three stars on the left-hand side… That I am not certain of.
This group is either very old and has survived intact - or us very young and has assembled this from their excavations on the internet. Possibly a combination - an old group rediscovering its history and meaning.
Or… Maybe a random autist, who is very clever and just smacked the squabbling wiccans and masons upside the head.
