I agree that this is going to be the case. If the Congress is Adjourned, then they are no longer protected by the article that says members of the congress are not subject to arrest during sessions of congress. By the time they are reconvened, the arrests/removals will be done. DECLAS will have happened. It will bring down the house. He will also at this time be able to appoint all of his choices for positions that the Senate has been stalling on. Then the Senate, once reconvened, would have to go one at a time to remove each appointee. These are the powers of the president afforded him under the US Constitution. I believe that the people of our country are going to see the intricacies of our Constitution that our Founding Fathers placed there for us "We the People". They were absolutely Brilliant and thought of almost every scenario under the sun.
