HARRISBURG — Gov. Tom Corbett said on Friday that he won't ask for resignations from two cabinet members identified by Attorney General Kathleen Kane as sharing pornographic images on office computers when he was the state's top prosecutor unless she provides him with proof.—So, it's seems CYS and Second Mile were ignoring the welfare of the kids to keep the money flowing between the two groups. If Sandusky is outed as a potential pedophile in 1998 the damage to The Second Mile could easily be fatal. So who were the chief beneficiaries of The Second Mile?

.

One of course is Dr. Jack Raykovitz - he and his wife received $233,000 a year in salaries and obviously other perks of the office.

.

Two is Tom Corbett who eventually gleaned over 600K in campaign donations from The Second Mile board members.

.

So let's take a look at Gov Tom Corbett and his associations and what they might reveal Did Corbett and AG Kelly cover for The Second Mile in an attempt to keep campaign cash rolling in for the future.

In Pittsburgh, Corbett said neither Col. Frank Noonan, the state police commissioner, nor E. Christopher Abruzzo, secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection, offered to step aside when Kane said Thursday that they were among eight recipients of sexually explicit emails.

“I've got to give everyone a fair playing field,” Corbett said. “I need all the facts.”>>4777219

Governor Tom Corbett

Upon becoming governor, you placed state police on the case. You could have made that same request to Gov. Ed Rendell, and, given the stakes, there is virtually no possibility he would have refused. And since you are a former United States attorney, you undoubtedly realized that federal assistance was also available.

3) Do you believe ethical and moral lines were crossed when, after investigating Penn State as Attorney General, you then participated as a member of the Board of Trustees upon becoming governor? In other words, knowing full well that the investigation was still in full swing, conducted by your handpicked attorney general successor, you nonetheless chose to sit on the very board you had been - and still were - investigating! Did you ever consider recusing yourself from board activities until the investigation was concluded?

4) As governor, why did you personally approve a $3 million taxpayer-funded grant to Sandusky’s Second Mile charity, given your knowledge that Sandusky was under investigation for multiple child rapes? Vetoing the charitable grant would have simply been viewed as another financial cutback in a budget full of slashed programs.

So one has to ask if the $640,000 in campaign donations from board members of the Second Mile, along with their businesses and families, had anything to do with your actions? 2 Mile Club

There are three main theories as to what happened to Gricar.

The primary theory is he committed suicide just as his brother had done, something supported by the similarities between the two cases.[22] Police working on the case believed this theory to be most likely, although his family did not believe this. Although Gricar was a poor swimmer, he had no medical history of depression or of suicidal thoughts. He was also reportedly looking forward to his upcoming retirement.[11]

The second theory is foul play. Early on it was suggested that Gricar's disappearance might be linked to the unsolved death of Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan Luna, a drug investigator who was found dead in a Lancaster County creek in December 2003. Gricar had recently been involved in a police operation busting a heroin dealing ring, and the criminals concerned were investigated for any links to his disappearance, but none were found. Suggestions were also made that Gricar's decision to decline to prosecute Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky for alleged sexual assault of a minor might be linked to his disappearance. Gricar's own family came under suspicion: both his girlfriend and his stepdaughter were asked to take polygraphs by the police, which they both passed.[23] A senior former member of Hell's Angels claimed in 2012 that Gricar was killed by another member of the gang as payback for having previously given him a lengthy prison sentence for aggravated assault. He stated that the body was hidden in a mine shaft, but declined to give a specific location.[citation needed]

The third theory is that he wished to start a new life and therefore engineered his disappearance. Gricar allegedly expressed interest in the case of a Cleveland police chief who had disappeared in order to start a new life. Multiple sightings of Gricar were reported after his disappearance, most notably in a bar in Wilkes-Barre, where both the bartender and an off-duty police officer claimed to have seen Gricar watching a baseball game.[24] It has also been suggested that Gricar may have taken off to Eastern Europe. He was semi-fluent in Russian and fluent in Slovak. He had relatives in Slovenia and had made trips to this region of the world in the past.[25]
