These people are stupid.
POTUS should tell Nancy that he agrees with her that he shouldn't come to Congress and give the SOTU since it does cost a lot of money. Instead he'll just give it from the Oval and since he's in his house and not hers, he doesn't need to give her a courtesy advance copy of what he'll say. She'll just have to watch and find out with the rest of the world
