I’m not sure if the people here know already, but it’s common knowledge inside the agency that El Chapo was a CIA informant. “On the run” for 10 years is a complete joke. He was assisted by CIA liaison officers and the Mexican government to evade capture. His biggest cartel “hitters” were trained in America in conjunction with CIA SAD Officers. It’s only when he attempted to break his agreement with the Company and move into Asian markets against CIA/MI6 wishes that he was given up by them. Don’t believe this charade on TV.
