Why hasn't Dept Health & Human Services published a SAR since November 2017?

Maybe because their are ongoing CLASSIFIED investigations?

-NSA SAR published yesterday has this notation:

"NOTE: A classified version of the Semi-Annual Report (SAR) to Congress formed the basis of this unclassified version. The National Security Agency (NSA) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has endeavored to make this unclassified version of the SAR as complete and transparent as possible. However, where appropriate, the NSA OIG has rephrased or redacted information to avoid disclosure of classified information and as required to protect NSA sources and methods. In that regard, the classified version of this report contained descriptions of additional completed and ongoing work that could not be included in the public version of this report."

I went to oversight.gov to see which Departments haven't done their SAR still…

Last report published for DHHS was 11/29/17

MISSING 2 REPORTS FOR FISCAL YR 2018

These SARs require agencies to identify and discuss investigation results. For example, the last DHHS SAR said…

-Expected investigation recoveries $4.3B

-881 individuals that engaged in crimes against HHS programs

-Civil Actions against 826 individuals or entities

maybe the SARs are classified to hide the massive numbers of investigations?

Department of Energy still hasn't published their most recent SAR that was due for fiscal y/e 9/30/18

It looks like they are the last 2 departments that we are waiting on

LOGICAL EXPLANATION….CLASSIFIED INVESTIGATIONS SO THEY CAN'T MAKE THE SARs PUBLIC?

You think if the reports were just late Chuck and Nancy wouldn't be raising holy hell about it and blaming the TRUMP ADMINISTRATION?
