I don't know where you are intending to go with this but if her parents were legal immigrants and she was born on US soil….you got no argument.
She was born in San Francisco
The questions have come up over people whose parents were not US citizens and kids were born outside of US.
Objection to birthright citizenship is based on parents who were not legal immigrants.
