More likely these are designed to put people on edge, off kilter, and to so sway their perception of reality, creating confirmation bias that connects to MSM coverage. They are put in a mental place that the world is already in apocalyptic decline, and then they are prepared to see the coverage through the MSM eyes. Orange man bad, you see.

I have studied it intently.

The first thing that we must remember when decoding this tweet is that no number is divisible by zero, but all numbers are divisible by themselves.

In this tweet GEPOTUS is saying that 77 (chekked) countries have walls that are 100% effective.

If we multiple 77 walls times 100% we get 77 walls that are effective. Kek wins.

He also says that 45 (!) countries are planning and building walls.

Since we all know that GEPOTUS is US president #45, we see that GEPOTUS is planning on building a wall.

It is interesting that he mentions 2015, because if we think mirror on the 20, we get 02, and if we add it to 17 we get 19.

19 can also be written as 1, 9. Add those together and we get 10.

If we think mirror again, and put a 10 in the mirror, we now have 2 10s.

Clearly, 10 x 10 (think 5:5) is 100.

As in 100% effective.
