This FOIA request was denied in Jan. of 2016. While in itself isn't out of the ordinary. However considering the missle launch in June from the puget sound, and ALL we know about USS Richard B. Russell, #Skyking, and Ketron. I wonder, who made this FOIA request and why? Any thoughts? I attempted to obtain info on the request, but could not find any data.
