Has anyone discussed a 'reactionary' or self-defense force for each school?

Made up of employees/qualified volunteers..

Trained by volunteer LEOs, Gun Clubs, and Vets on a regular basis (bi-weekly or monthly).

Think rural volunteer fire departments.

Have 5-20 employees trained as fire/defense teams

Run regular drills - show the community THIS SCHOOL is Prepared.

Recognition can be given to the volunteers and businesses/LEOs with displays and flags on the property.

People will love the idea - reasonable people anyway. It brings the community into the solution.
