Clearly you do not understand the American legal system. The President is not a dictator. He is severely restricted by the law in what he can do. In particular there is a Supreme Court ruling that evidence obtained by the NSA spying on the communications of all Americans cannot be used as evidence in court. This is why we are working on parallel construction, to find enough evidence via public research to justify a criminal investigation. This doesn't need to be a full case, just enough evidence for a judge to agree to search warrants or arrest warrants. At that point the professionals at the DOJ can officially investigate. Last night Q let us know that the DOJ now has a trail from a criminal case that leads to Obama accepting payments from Hezbollah which now lets them investigate all his activities.
