This made me so mad I couldn't see straight. If you hear a chihuahua barking at you and consider that a threat you shouldn't be a cop. Unless you are in some kind of fight and the chihuahua is broadcasting your location creeping in on a bad guy maybe. But this is uncalled for and I think it illustrates an entitlement gone too far in some men in law enforcement.
