Honest mistakes happen. Considering how much time bakers such as myself spend here, how many hours/breads we've baked in the past many months, it's a wonder we don't fuck up more.
Yes, we should hold each other accountable to upholding standards, but also be reasonable and collegial so long as we acknowledge mistakes and don't show a blatant pattern of repeating them. If you think a baker shouldn't bake, build a case demonstrating a pattern of fuggery with evidence and present it to BO/BV in Meta. In the meantime, if you're not a shill, consider dialing back the faggot factor. If you are, good luck getting us to let up on the gas. Not gon' happen.
Nah dude, it was as much me – more really. I'd said b4 5:30 ET and then got suited up to walk doggo in the rain and when I checked back b4 taking off I didn't see you'd replied to my first offer. Prolly best to make sure we get the "aknowledged" after handoff received moving fwd to avoid these errors, but in general it works out. I shoulda stuck around longer too. Was my bad, really.
