Graham is not on the Fence, he's on the TAKE…everything he does is to aid Israel's (oil) interests in Syria. He only helps POTUS (us) when he can leverage it for something for (((them)))

Q told us how important the POTUS/MBS alliance is. Q told us that we're fighting clowns in Yemen and Saudi is helping. Q told us about our "allies" in Syria. Graham has led the charge to destroy all of that with the help of DiFi/Flake/et al.
Our opinions of Graham don't matter, but our observations of all his actions will put everything in proper context…if you don't see who he really is, you probably haven't dug very deep into his history
