say your chest feels like it's standing three feet off your chest and sometimes you feel like you aren't breathing air. tell him your mom and your uncle (on your dad's side) have the same exact problem pretty much, and they are both diagnosed with anxiety. tell him your uncle had a panic attack during thanksgiving and now you understand what it feels like.
tell the doctor both your mom and uncle are prescribed valium and it fixes their problem.
get your valium prescription, fill it, take a couple (as instructed by dr) and relax for a day. sleep well a couple of times. then come back.
