Prayers coming your way, anon! I understand all too well, with anx/dep that were kicked off by a bum thyroid. I gotta be careful with caffeine & stimulants/depressants of all kinds. Daily walks (this sounds lame, but yeah) actually helped a ton. Remember that stimulants & depressants include non-chemical kinds - I have to watch intake of visual/mental things as well. I don't watch video, listen to music or read things that are sad, angering or disturbing. A little goes a long way with most things in life :)
