REINSTATE ORIGINAL SMITH-MUNDT ANTI-PROPAGANDA ACT

"The government repealed the Smith-Mundt act in 2013, effectively legalizing state run and sponsored propaganda. This allows the government to influence the public perception deceptively all under US Law.
