That is a pretty bad makeup job. Never saw a black eye without swelling, not to mention how well shaped it is. And those stutures on her head are supposed to close the apparently gaping wound in her forehead. It does not appear to be closed at all, which would leave a nice fat scar there. That is something MDs would try to minimize, especially for a young girl.
