EOD curious? each concrete casing is placed to spread the load of a few trillion gallons of water. The most devistation would a collapse of 1/2 to 3/4 of the height in under 30 sec where volume of the stored water can pass free in a opening of 1/2 or greater of the width of the Dam. This would be contained by the Cannon walls and directed until reaching population areas down river. Damage would require at least 50 kilo tones 100 ft from the basin floor for maximum yield. Evac down stream would be the start of physiological damage and death as mass panic would happen when those that don't know what to do when the break siren starts and are unwilling to leave for higher ground start to fight and kill each thus the project test by clowns with the armored car on top of the Dam in 2017…

The thing about deliver, a stolen device, of that yield dropped from an aircraft unwitting by a crew would almost impossible. I would consider them using a drone deliver from and abandon airfield from Canada side to shield the enemy from detection. Also shadow following under neath a commercial flight headed to parts further south in VFR conditions kinda like the attack in Japan

I am sure that your question wasn't the way I wrote it. I was refering to a potienial target of the Q posts with sum of all fears and how I would thing about it as a military aviator in light of a take-down of the nation. A breach would be water devistation and could be controlled and people moved but not likely because of it been a part of the current electric production system.
