I don’t believe this RIF hype whatsoever. I want to. But I remember the “Great sequester” and how the Left claimed it was “Racist” and therefore unconstitutional because of “Disparate Impact”

I believe that the Left will sue based upon this and get an injunction which will have to go all the way to the Supreme Court which will outlast the Shutdown.

I don’t drink the Koolaid that The Supreme Court is actually in our corner as is promoted.

Justice clarence Thomas has sided with the liberals on numerous occasions and will do so again when it comes to Race based decisions.

So unless RGB is replaced, we will have a split Court decision here and what is the good of that?

Am I missing something here? I want to be wrong but the past two years has shown me that they seem to have unlimited resources and access to Activist federal Judges while the Good Guys just use mildly threatening language
