The drop in equity price is not the big worry. It's the slow eroding of what they own.

Big names on that list that have very large positions.

another problem we have is the lagging data in this and overall short interest reported. Many changes occur in the interim period between filing the 13-f forms and actual habbenings.

They really do not want anyone to know who does what with these big blocks. You used to be able to tell looking at order flow but it's all Algo trading that fire off 100's of trades within 1 second of time. Never see most of it.

Insider filings for today. They have been filed today but were executed over the last few days. Usually they wait to file until later in the day.

Notice quite a few 10% owner over the last few weeks.

Temasek Holdings sold 10% of it's shares in Centurylink. CTL is ticker

16m shares at $15.90 for $254,400,000 on

January 16th.

This is a prime example of why it should be illegal. They already know the results and it's large holder has already dumped.
