Buzzfeed lied and it was left unchecked for an entire day. Families torn apart over this issue. Major screaming fights went on. This is called Intention Infliction Of Emotional Distress. They lied while knowing they had no reason to publish such garbage under the protection of 1st amendment! The 1st amendment is to protect free press FROM the government. This that we are experiencing is a CONTINUATION of government direction and control. This is not the current elected government doing this, it is the previous government administration doing it. The 1st amendment is not written to secure journalists who attend certain universities the right. It is the Constitution of We The People . It is there to protect the rights of all citizens for a free press. Yes that means journalists can't be handcuffed and thrown in jail for speaking truth to power, but it also means that WE are not subject to a press that is under control or direction of the government. Our press is under control of the corrupt government. They are continuing the conspiracy against the American people that began with previous administrationSSSSSSSSS. Therefore, they are still violating our 1st amendment rights. Only the government can violate your rights but it is my position that the media has been acting as a lawfully recognized agent of the government and has continued the same actions and renders themselves as a current agent.
