Joe Kiani is the driving force and president of Masimo Corporation (DoS FOIA database). Masimo Corporation has over $15 Million dollars in USG contracts (USAspending.gov) There was another interesting tidbit, if I'm reading this report correctly (and I'm not claiming that I am.) But it looks like there was a civilian being trained in Pakistan noted in an airwing report. Looked up Kiani in the FAA database and Joe isn't one of the three Kiani's listed. IF I'm reading correctly, were we training a non-US civ to fly?
