These appear to be 2 different pictures from the same roll (different angles, same pose). One light pole lines up with the V in BO's collar, the other lines up with the center of his eye and his right cuspid. One pole on the left side of his jacket zipper, the other on the right. Maybe the car was in motion, or they held the exact pose long enough to move the car.

Simplest explanation is the photographer moved over a few inches and snapped another photo.
