Finally found the discrepancy with Praying Medic's video/Q's drop from May 13. (pics related)

I'm still confused. WHY would this be a thing in the first place? I mean, why would he even edit that out? It seems pretty minor. (Editing a Q post isn't minor, but of all things to change, why simply omit one of two instances the word "Pickle"?) It just doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Could he have got it from someone else and posted it unwittingly? One thing I noticed is that the screen he used was taken before the bread was full (12 R vs 49 R).

and… WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN.

Was the original drop edited later by BO/Q?

I'm open to anything. PM brought me to Q, but I don't need him to be legit. I just want answers because my brain and my heart are hurting.

(Also, I had screwdrivers last night, so that might be where some of my pain is coming from)
