Interesting. I don't fully understand why symbolism in their family names or company names is of such importance to these group of people but I suppose it must be another mental power trip for them.

What is this crazy obsession with power. Unless you are God Almighty, whatever power you think you have will always disappear at the end of the day, metaphorically speaking. Maybe this power obsession is something of spiritual nature and born out of continued sins and evil behavior that are passed on generation to generation and amplified with each passing. Brings a whole new meaning to God obliterating specific groups of people with fire and through other means if at some point a bloodline reaches a point of no return where redemption is no longer possible due to the sheer weight of accumulated evil and sins.
Just a hypothesis.
