16meg limit here and no way handbroke can shrink it that much
161meg is the smallest it will go at 320x240 lowest setting on everything.
Loaded it up in handbrake and iskysoft.
Lowest settings on everythign and 161meg is as small as it gets.
Just get it off TPB.
