No society can survive when there is one law for legal citizens and another law for those who have entered illegally. Moreover, any change in the law that retrospectively legitimizes illegals must not indirectly discriminate against those who have entered legally. It is a tricky situation but two wrongs don't make a right. Would it be possible to require these Daca kids to apply for legal citizenship on the same basis that all other would-be US citizens are required to? There would, at least, be some fairness and equal application of the law, then.
